結婚登記

結婚雙方當事人。

雙方當事人之戶口名簿、身分證（外國人憑護照或外僑居留證）、印章（

或簽 名）、最近二年內拍攝直4.5橫3.5公分之彩色相片一張（須符合新式

國民身分證規 格），工本費（每張50元）。

結婚書約。書約應載有結婚雙方當事人之姓名、出生日期、國民身分證統

一編號 （護照號碼或居留證號碼）、戶籍住址（國外居住地址）等相關資

料，及2人以上證人簽名或蓋章。

與外國人士或國內無戶籍之華僑結婚者，應另附單身證明（須經我駐外使

領館處驗證，東南亞人士另應經我國外交部覆驗，如外文文件需另翻譯中

文並經我駐外使領館處或地方法院或民間公證人公證），但提憑經我國法

院公證之結婚證書或在對方政府機關辦妥結婚註冊並經駐外使領館處驗證

之文件，無庸提具單身證明。

台灣地區與大陸地區人民於大陸地區結婚者，憑大陸地區有關機關出具之

結婚證明 文件，經海基會驗證外，須以大陸配偶進入台灣地區入出境許可
